Estate Agency PR - Humberts in The Times 3 times in 9 days

When my estate agency client, Humberts, sent me a thatched house that’s recently come to market, I knew instantly I had to pitch it to The Times for their Lustworthy section… A round up of the best houses for sale this week.

Firstly, the facade is beautiful but secondly, it’s been photographed just how The Times like it….. front on, blue sky, professionally snapped 📸 - so I am so chuffed it made the cut!

Oak Tree Cottage has four bedrooms, is in the village of Talaton, 11 miles from Exeter. Rebuilt 15 years ago after a fire in the original thatched cottage, it has exposed beams and timber doors and a wood-burning stove, with modern comforts such as underfloor heating.

This is the third time in 9 days that The Times has featured a house for sale with Humberts, offering the vendors fantastic exposure to a nationwide audience including London. This is what makes estate agency PR so valuable.
