An invaluable skill of a great PR firm is the ability to pitch a story to press, and get it to print. This Cornwall property market piece in the Daily Telegraph is such an example… Featuring 4 of my clients, I pitched the idea based on stats PropCast gave me, in that Cornwall has entered a buyers market for the first time since the pandemic began. I then brought in my Cornish buying agent Relocate To Cornwall for comment, as well as my Cornish estate agent Humberts. Then, when I found out my buying agency platform, First In The Door, had Cornwall as their top search, I brought them in too.

And of course, for those that know me, Cornwall is very close to my heart.
